Brass Skates

I've decided to experiment with making some brass versions of my roller derby skate necklace, and get them silver plated. Sterling silver is so expensive to cast heavy pendants out of, and I wanted to be able to offer some less expensive options in my roller derby jewellery collection. Tada!

The little wheels are soldered on instead of being free-spinning, but these still took forever to make! I think I need to do a bit of a redesign of the skate with a simplified version of the plates/axles before I have another go at cheaper brass castings.
